At Jim Corbett Gypsy Safari, we strive to provide a transparent booking experience. Please read our cancellation rules carefully before booking.

 

1. Safari Permits (Jeep/Canter/Elephant)

• Strict No-Refund Policy: As per Forest Department rules, once a safari permit is issued, it is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. No changes in date, time, or visitor names are permitted.

   
   

2. Hotel & Package Bookings

• Cancellation 30 days before arrival: 90% refund of the hotel component.

   

• Cancellation 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: No refund.

   

3. Force Majeure (Weather/Govt. Closures) If a safari is cancelled by the Forest Department due to heavy rain or emergency closures, refunds are subject to the government’s refund policy at that time. Our service/facilitation fee remains non-refundable as the service has already been rendered.

4. Process for Refund Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
